Bridget Jubilee Katsriku

Mrs. Bridget Katsriku is a retired civil servant and former Chief Director (Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare; Ministry of Tourism), having served in that position in the Civil Service from 1999 to 2008. In November 1999, while still Chief Director at the Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare, she was assigned additional responsibility of establishing the Ghana AIDS Commission. Based on her distinguished services in the Civil Service, she was appointed to chair the Public Services Commission in 2011, a position she held until 2018 when she retired after serving a total of 43 years in both civil and public services.

Mrs. Katsriku has extensive experience in management and has served on several governing boards of public service organizations, including the Population Council, Internal Audit Agency and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She has also served on many international and national technical committees, including the Committee on International Year of Disabled Persons, Women’s Employment, and Committee on Poverty.

Mrs. Katsriku was Vice-Chairperson of the African Association of Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya from 2012 to 2018 and a member of the board of the Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management (CAPAM) based in Canada from 2014 to 2018. She also served as a member of the United Nations Committee of Experts in Public Administration, from 2018 to 202.

She has won several awards, including Best Worker in the Ghana Civil Service in 2007 and the high National Award of the Order of the Volta in 2011, for her excellence and contribution to the Public Service. She was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the University of Ghana, Legon, 2016 for her contribution to public service development.

She graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1973 with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts and has an Executive Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She also obtained Post Graduate Diplomas and Certificates from universities in the UK, USA, Italy, Malaysia and Ghana in Management, Public Policy, Manpower Planning and Auditing, Labour-Management relations etc.

Mr. Frank Gadzekpo

Mr. Frank Gadzekpo is a mechanical engineer and management consultant. He worked as the General Manager and Managing Director of SCOA Motors before he went on to form a partnership, Universal Integrated Investment Partners (UNIIP), which he currently co-manages. UNIIP is a business consulting company that advises and invests in businesses. The company has worked with both local and international companies in various business segments. Mr. Gadzekpo has also worked with Cummins Engine Company and Carrier Corporation both in the United States of America. An active member of the Rotary Club of Accra, he attended obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Yale University.

Joshua Korsi Agbezudor

Mr. Joshua Korsi Agbezudor, a.k.a. Agbey-Kaleawo, is the Chief Fisherman for Vodza. After his basic school education, Mr. Agbezudor took to fishing and has extensive experience in that profession, having worked in many fishing companies in Ghana. He also worked on the high seas with fishing trawlers in Benin, Senegal, Angola, Mauritania, and Las Palmas. Mr. Agbezudor gave up fishing trawling on the high seas and returned home to set up his own fishing company and named it Jakkaleawo Fisheries. The business has flourished from one boat to four. He was awarded the Best Marine Fisher Category in the Keta Municipality in 2018 during the National Farmers’ Day celebration and the Regional Best Marine Fisher Category for the Volta Region in 2021. In 2019 Mr. Agbezudor was elected the Chief Fisherman for the Vodza Landing Beach, a position he still holds. He is currently working on curbing the post-harvest challenges facing the fishing industry in his community by building a cold storage facility to solve the perennial post-harvest losses of fish catching.

Alfred Agbosu

Mr. Alfred Agbosu is an experienced entrepreneur with business interests across many sectors, Oil and Gas and Agriculture. He is a business executive with over 20 years of experience, particularly in the Energy Sector. He also has practical experience in the area of accounting, business finance and management.
He played a pioneering role in the formation of Star Oil Company, the largest indigenous oil company in Ghana and was the manager responsible for the distribution of petroleum products.

Mr. Agbosu co-founded Champion Oil Company Limited and is the majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer. To diversify his investment portfolio, he formed FASKAY Company Limited and Rhema Agro Chemical Company Limited and has expanded his business to the agricultural sector, specializing in farm input-fertilizer, chemicals and other agricultural inputs. For the past 30 years he has also exported nontraditional products such as yam, gari, smoked fish, and palm oil to the Canadian market

Mr. Agbosu’s work experience includes working as an accounts officer with Moloney Supermarket, a subsidiary of CFAO Nigeria group and as an accountant for the National Inland Canoe Fisherman Council (NICFC) from 1983, during which he was subsequently elected as National Treasurer, a role he held until 2018. While there, he attended workshops in South Africa and Malawi as part of the consultative team when Ghana was in the process of securing a huge World Bank facility for capacity building for the fisheries sector. Mr. Agbosu started his accountancy profession from Royal Academy for Accountancy from 1977-1980 before proceeding to Snaps Workers College where he obtained his ACCA Level 1.

Audrey Gadzekpo

Audrey Gadzekpo, Ph.D., is a Professor of Communication Studies at the Department of Communication Studies and former Dean of the School of Information and Communication Studies, University of Ghana. She has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, research and advocacy, primarily on media, gender development and governance issues, and more than 35 years of experience as a media practitioner.

A gender, media and governance activist, Professor Gadzekpo has served on numerous boards and committees within and outside the University of Ghana and is currently Chairperson of the Board of the Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana). She is also Patron to Alliance for Women in the Media (AWMA) and serves on a number of other boards, including the Centre for Journalism, Innovation & Development (CJID), Abuja, Nigeria.

Keli Gadzekpo

Mr. Keli Gadzekpo is Co-founder of Databank Financial Services and has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking. He is currently the Chairman of Databank Asset Management Ltd, and Chairman of the Databank Foundation, which is the corporate social responsibility arm of the Databank Group. Mr. Gadzekpo is also Board Chairman of Enterprise Group PLC, having served as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer prior to this position. In 2017, Mr. Gadzekpo was appointed as Chairman of the Electricity Company of Ghana.

He Chairs the Board of Robert & Sons Ltd also, and serves on the boards of Ecolodge Mole Operating Company Ltd, and Phyto-Riker (GIHOC) Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He holds a BSc. in Accounting from Brigham Young University (USA) and is a qualified CPA. Mr. Gadzekpo is also a Mason Fellow from the Harvard Kennedy School where he obtained a Master’s in Public Administration and a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-Ghana as well as a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Frances Sese Gadzekpo

Madame Frances Sese Gadzekpo is an International Development Consultant with over 20 years of deep and varied experience in private sector investment and related advisory services, particularly in the areas of strategy development and project management. Previously, Madame Gadzekpo worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where she held several different positions within the corporation, including serving as IFC’s Advisory Services Coordinator with the primary responsibility of driving IFC’s Advisory Services strategy in a number of fragile and conflict-affected countries such as Sierra Leone, Liberia, Niger, Togo, and Burkina Faso.

Presently, she works as an Independent Consultant primarily in the area of private sector development. Her specific areas of focus are Business Development, Project Design, Implementation and Project Management. She is the President of the Caring Sisters of Anlo Traditional Area, Advisor to the International Sheroes Forum and sits on the board of Brassica Capital, Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Pennsylvania State University in the U.S.A.

Martin Kofi Hodolie

Mr. Martin Kofi Hodolie is a senior accountant at Sacred Heart Catholic Hospital, Abor. He previously worked as the pioneer administrator of the Cuniberto Clinic, Lume in Akatsi South district, Accountant at St. Anthony's Hospital, Dzodze and Administrative Manager of Keta Municipal Mutual Health Insurance Scheme. He has also worked at as labour inspector at the Department of Labour from 2000 to 2005. In 2008, Mr. Hodolie was elected to represent the people of Vodza in the Keta Municipal Assembly. He was re-elected in 2012. While at the Assembly, he served on the Finance and Administration Sub-Committee and Executive Committee of the Assembly for eight years.

He is the current national secretary of Justice and Peace commission of the Catholic Bishop's Conference of Ghana. He also served as a member of Fund Utilization Committee of Keta-Akatsi Diocese. Mr. Hodolie obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Accra Technical University; a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Accounting from Ghana Institute of anagement and Public Administration (GIMPA); and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Health Service Management, Degree from the University of Ghana Business School.

Nubuke Gadzekpo Amoah

Ms. Amoah is a social media creator who specialises in videos focused on lifestyle and travel. Her vlogs are full of adventure and building a positive community of people around the world. She was a part of the Emmy-nominated show Take Back the Mic Africa and YouTube Black Class of 2023 and starred in the DSTV show Accra Medics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Exeter, U.K.
